THAT’S THE REAL ISSUE.  Labour doesn’t create wealth, it creates profit.  Wealth is created by nature; labour did not create the coal, nor the stone, nor the wool.  It was labour that harnessed it for human use, it’s capitalism that exploits that labour for the profit of the few. Of course Labour creates wealth. This graphic is wrong to claim that Labour is the source of ALL wealth, nature is a source of wealth too of course, but it’s absurd to deny that labour creates wealth, as Marx wrote: “Capitalist production, therefore, develops technology, and the combining together of various processes into a social whole, only by sapping the original sources of all wealth — the soil and the labourer” Kapital Vol 1 Chapter 15. Without our labor the rich would STARVE.
